Measurements are taken around the widest part of the head, over the ears. Please note, that you or your child's age may not correspond to my sizes. Measurements will ensure you will receive a proper fitting hat. If your measurement hovers around 2 sizes, err on the larger size, so that it may be worn longer. Also, I take custom requests from micro preemies through extra large adults. Simply message us through "contact us" link, at the top of the page, to find out how.

All of our items are made to order. All items are crocheted in the order in which they were received, unless you purchase a RUSH upgrade.

I ship via USPS and provide a tracking number for all orders. Please note that transit delays (by USPS) may happen during major holidays.

Two Seaside Babes is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipment.  However, I am willing to work with my customers if this is to ever happen. I ship worldwide!  Buyers are responsible for any duty, customs fees, taxes, and VAT charged by their countries.  All items are marked as "merchandise" on customs forms.

If your hat doesn't fit to your satisfaction, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will accept refunds and exchanges for items purchased directly from the store.

• Notify me of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery date. Forced returns, where and item is returned to me without my approval, will not be refunded. 
• Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery date.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition. This includes obvious wear. If an item arrives smelling of smoke, perfumes, or other obvious detergents, no refunds will be given as I CANNOT and WILL NOT sell these items to another customer.
• Express/Overnight shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Refunds will be given for difference paid during exchanges, if this occurs (for example, need a smaller size or a style of hat that costs less than your original purchase). Custom orders may be refunded or exchanged on a case-by-case basis!
