REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES:
Two Seaside Babes hats will take a few wearings for them to "stretch" a bit. Additionally, monitor resolution and dye lots may create a slightly different shade of yarn than what might be pictured. If your hat doesn't fit to your satisfaction, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will accept refunds and exchanges for items purchased directly from the store.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Buyers are responsible for shipping an item back to me, unless the refund or exchange is due to an error on my part. Priority and Priority Express shipping charges are NOT refundable. Items can be mailed back to:

Items returned to me must be in new condition...if they arrive returned in less-than-new condition (clearly worn), smell of smoke/perfume, or have makeup/body products on them, 25% will be deducted from the original purchase price. Custom orders may be refunded or exchanged on a case-by-case basis!
