Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

Two Seaside Babes hats will take a few wearings for them to "stretch" a bit. Additionally, monitor resolution and dye lots may create a slightly different shade of yarn than what might be pictured. If your hat doesn't fit to your satisfaction, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will accept refunds and exchanges for items purchased directly from the store.

• Notify me of your intent to return within 21 days of delivery date. Forced returns, where and item is returned to me without my approval, will not be refunded. 
• Buyer must return item within 21 days of delivery date.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition. This includes obvious wear. If an item arrives smelling of smoke, perfumes, or other obvious detergents, no refunds will be given as I CANNOT and WILL NOT sell these items to another customer.
• Express/Overnight shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Refunds will be given for difference paid during exchanges, if this occurs (for example, need a smaller size or a style of hat that costs less than your original purchase). Custom orders may be refunded or exchanged on a case-by-case basis!
