CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME:
All of our items are made to order. In order to keep your cost low, I will hand make your item to your specification AFTER your order is received. All items are crocheted in the order in which they were received, unless you purchase a RUSH upgrade.
Our current production time is 3 - 5 business days. As of March 25th, we are under a state-issued stay-at-home order. Almost all of my items are made-to-order. If I am unable to complete your order, due to an inability to procure supplies locally, you will be notified immediately. Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding during this difficult time.
First class shipping takes an estimated 3 - 5 business days while my upgraded Priority shipping takes an estimated 1 - 3 business days. Please note, due to high postal volume at this time, these time frames may be delayed.
Please let me know prior to purchase if you need your order sooner. Requests for rush production/shipment during checkout cannot be accommodated without prior arrangement.
RUSH requests: RUSH requests can be done for reasonable requests in as little as 24 hours. RUSH requests will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. During times of heavy production, such requests will accompany a fee per each item purchased.

- United States USPS First Class: 3 - 5 business day processing time plus 2 - 5 business days transit. First Class shipments are not insured.
- United States USPS Priority: 3 - 5 business day processing time plus 1 - 3 business days transit. UP TO $50 insurance is automatically included. If you require more on your order, please let me kindly know.
- Worldwide USPS First Class International: 3 -5 business day processing time plus 1 - 3 weeks transit, however may take longer depending on the custom's entry point.
I ship via USPS and provide a tracking number for all orders. Please note that transit delays (by USPS) may happen during major holidays.

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Insurance is optional and recommended. TwoSeasideBabes is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipment. However, I am willing to work with my customers if this is to ever happen. I ship worldwide! Buyers are responsible for any duty, customs fees, taxes, and VAT charged by their countries. All items are marked as "merchandise" on customs forms.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES:
Two Seaside Babes hats will take a few wearings for them to "stretch" a bit. Additionally, monitor resolution and dye lots may create a slightly different shade of yarn than what might be pictured. If your hat doesn't fit to your satisfaction, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will accept refunds and exchanges for items purchased directly from the store.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyers are responsible for shipping an item back to me, unless the refund or exchange is due to an error on my part. In that instance, ALL shipping charges (including those in the original transaction) will be refunded. Express/Overnight shipping charges are NOT refundable. Items can be mailed back to:

These items must be in new condition...if they arrive returned in less-than-new condition or smell of smoke, 25% will be deducted from the full purchase. Refunds will be given for difference paid during exchanges, if this occurs. Custom orders may be refunded or exchanged on a case-by-case basis!
Custom and personalized orders: I welcome all custom orders. I greatly enjoy making one-of-a-kind pieces for customers that I know can give them the quality and price that they seek. Up to two weeks time is needed for all custom orders. If you do not see a color or size that you like, please contact me PRIOR to placing an order.

I do not sell my patterns for ANY hats, accessories, gifts, or photography props in my store. All of my patterns are copyrighted. Legal action will be taken against any individual that infringes upon those copyrights.
